Notice of Meeting: VSA 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The AGM is an important event for VSA as a whole; it's members, staff, volunteers, supporters, returned volunteers and Council. It is an opportunity for members to engage with the work of the organisation and vote on proposed changes.

This year's AGM will take place on Saturday 4 November 2023, from 1.00pm until 2.30pm. As it was last year, the AGM will be run in a hybrid format (virtually via Zoom and at VSA's Wellington office).

If you are a current member, you will receive an email inviting you to RSVP indicating if and how you will be able to attend, or if you wish to register an apology. Attached with the email to members will be the formal documents associated with the AGM, and the Instrument of Proxy, in case you are unable to attend and wish to appoint another VSA member to vote on your behalf. Zoom connection information will be sent to members closer to the AGM date.

If we can help you with any further information, or if you believe you are a current member and have not received an email with the AGM information, please email us or contact us online.

Voting for the 2023 Council election is now closed

This year there were two vacancies to be elected to the Council. The successful candidates will begin their four-year term at the AGM held on Saturday 4th November.
