HR functions are often limited in many of the organisations and businesses that VSA works with in the Pacific. VSA HR professionals help to improve, review, set up, develop and maintain effective human resources policies, processes and practices.
All VSA assignments are created in response to the specific requests of our partner organisations, so each assignment is unique. As an HR or recruitment volunteer, you might be involved in supporting managers to improve their HR practices, helping recruit and train new staff, or you might review and guide an organisation to implement a new people development framework.
