Knua Juventude Fila-Liman (KJFL) is a one-stop centre for youth innovation, employment and entrepreneurship, managed and sponsored by UNDP Timor-Leste. Established as a public-private partnership in 2017, the centre enables youth to access information and training to improve their employability and entrepreneur-ship skills, as well as promoting their voices and engagement in development.
Based on the twin pillars of Youth Opportunities and Youth Voices KJFL provides:
- Information and referrals: Business training, mentoring and incubation, as well as technical and advisory support
- Innovation and design challenges
- Social business challenges/awards
- Accessing job-matching and e-market portal
- Free access to online learning and research resources
- Networking opportunities
- Access to financial literacy and funding opportunities
