CC Business Solutions Lda is a business solutions company based in Dili, Timor-Leste. CC Business Solutions provide audit services; financial management services; general business solutions including IT solutions; governance advice and training on Boards; finance training and other advice and training as required; and MYOB installation and setup to their clients.
The Managing Director of CC Business Solutions has been working in the accounting field since 1974, including experience gained in the international NGO sector, telecommunications sector and manufacturing sector. She has extensive financial, computing and quality systems experience across a broad cross section of businesses.
There are three shareholder/directors (one Australian national who is the Managing Director, one Timorese national, and one who is an Australian based auditor), an assistant accountant and five support staff who have accounting degrees from Indonesia and the Philippines.
CC Business Solutions serves clients across a number of sectors in Timor-Leste including security, car hire, coffee, English Language, infrastructure projects and NGO’s. Audits have included major donor and Timor-Leste government grants; European Commission grant; NGO audits, business audits and donor specific grant audits.
The Managing Director has been providing financial and other training to a number of NGOs in Timor-Leste since 1999 in her role as Financial & Systems Manager and Timor-Leste Program Manager for the Australian Foundation for the Peoples of Asia and the Pacific Limited, an NGO based in Sydney. The Managing Director relocated permanently to Dili in July 2010 and began CC Business Solutions Lda. The registration process for CC Business Solutions Lda was finalised in March 2011, with the provision of certification from the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Commerce, Tourism and Industry and the Timor-Leste Revenue Service.
