Pasifiki Services Limited is a locally-run employment agency started in 1998. The privately-owned company is formed around the values of honesty, integrity, transparency and teamwork.
Pasifiki’s vision is to empower leaders, to build a better Solomon Islands. It looks to create opportunities for local Solomon Islanders through its employment services. Its aim is to fill Solomon Island jobs with high quality candidates. Pasifiki also partners with international clients to mobilise workers to work both in-country and outside Solomon Islands as well.
Job seekers can register their CV with Pasifiki on its database at no cost. Pasifiki provides recruitment services, manages client projects, provides a payroll service, advertises jobs online and provides tools to assist employers with their recruitment, including diagnostic testing of potential candidates.
Pasifiki’s services assist local individual job seekers and strengthens the local work force by identifying the best candidates for jobs. Pasifiki’s clients include international non-government organisations, private businesses and government ministries.
Pasifiki is currently the only employment agency in Solomon Islands. It has a database of around 1,200 job seekers.
