Dive Munda is passionate about the ocean and environment and is actively working towards protecting reefs and fragile marine ecosystems. Dive Munda strongly believe in educating and developing local communities and people; they employ a group of local dive guides and continue to develop youth within our villages. They also work towards gender equality by ensuring local Munda women are hired and trained to a ratio of 2:1 compared to men.
