Kirsten has extensive experience in the Not-For-Profit Sector across the full spectrum of People and Performance practices at both strategic and operational levels.  She specialises in design and build HR systems, Workforce Planning, Change Management, Organisational Development, HR Policy, Employment Relations, Remuneration, Health and Safety and has led the successful implementation of many HR projects.

Kirsten has held a variety of HR roles in the public and private sector, global and local, SOE and NFP and draws from these experiences to provide fit for purpose solutions that meet the changing needs of a modern, dynamic organisation.

Most recently Kirsten worked for Ministry of Justice delivering a change project for the Office of the Chief Justice at the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and prior to this she worked as the HR and H&S Manager at Forest & Bird.

Outside of work you can find Kirsten training for half marathons, walking her dog, hiking, and working in her organic garden. Kirsten is a violinist and plays in Wellington Chamber Orchestra periodically.
