ICT Education Adviser, Papua New Guinea (3069)

Position Term: 2 years


Support the development of up-to-date ICT facilities for schools in New Ireland.

The ICT Adviser will work alongside staff in primary and secondary schools to ensure students have access to ICT classes within their schools. This will involve assessing the existing ICT facilities and equipment in each school, providing advice on their improvement, and upgrading the current systems. Additionally, the ICT Adviser will provide ongoing training to ensure teachers in New Ireland schools can maintain ICT systems in place in their schools, and can confidently and competently teach ICT in line with the PNG curriculum.

This is a two-year assignment and accommodation in Kavieng will be provided by the partner organisation.
