Develop the capacity to deliver effective distance education in Arawa.

The objective of FODE in Bougainville is to provide an alternative means of education for as many young people as possible to achieve secondary education

The volunteer will work with FODE supervisors and distance teachers to ensure professional development plans are in place and are well supported; students are able to access secondary education though the Arawa FODE sub-centre; and the Arawa Sub-centre is well managed with efficient and effective operational systems and processes in place.
