Fo Naroman Timor Leste (FNTL) (‘Give Sight' in Tetum) has been a registered local NGO since 2006. FNTL has two main roles: the running of an optical workshop in Dili which makes and distributes affordable custom-made spectacles for the local community, and the delivery of community-outreach vision screening, refraction services and eye health promotion programmes.
Fo Naroman is looking for an experienced Management Advisor to increase the management capacity of key FNTL staff and to improve the overall effectiveness of the organisation's operational processes. This is a two-year assignment and basic, furnished accommodation will be provided by VSA.
