St. Josephs College is a combination high school/vocational centre operating under the Catholic Education Agency. There are plans to amalgamate into one educational institution. It is largely resourced by the Marist Brothers (est.1937) who take responsibility for infrastructure and human resources. There are four Marist Brothers on the staff and a lay staff of eight.
St. Josephs is looking for an experienced Vocational Trainer to work alongside the Dean of Training as part of this amalgamation process and to assist the college in providing a programme of technical and practical subjects (building in particular) that is in line with national curriculum criteria and adapted to the local context. This is a two-year assignment and basic furnished accommodation will be provided by the partner organisation.
