1614 - Science Teacher, Bougainville

Assist and support Hutjena Secondary School's management and In–Service Coordinator to implement the new science curriculum in their day to day teaching.

Hutjena Secondary School (HSS) was established in the 1950s on Buka Island. It was the first high school in the province to implement secondary reforms in education and currently offers classes from Grade 9 to 12. It is a co-educational boarding school and all staff and students reside on campus.

Hutjena Secondary School is looking for an experienced Science teacher to assist local teachers in implementing the Science curriculum in the classroom and run workshops to support the training of teachers in Bougainville. This is a two-year assignment and basic furnished accommodation will be provided.
