This assignment is with Kairak Vudal Resource and Training Centre (KVRTC) and its Integrated Agriculture Training Programme (IATP), based at the University of Vudal, East New Britain. The goal of the IATP is to empower farmers through knowledge transfer to help increase earnings, improve household food security and reduce poverty.

The objective of this assignment is to assess the design, implementation and impact of training delivered through the KVRTC / IATP, and help staff incorporate monitoring and impact evaluation within their programmes. This is a two-year assignment with basic furnished accommodation provided.
