New Zealand is regarded as a ‘friendly’ nation. Our relationship with developing countries is one of goodwill and compassion. Equity and fairness are values we prize. Which is why VSA Project Friendship strikes a real chord with New Zealanders.
Support VSA’s Project Friendship 2008, 11-19 August. Encourage everyone to wear a $2 friendship bracelet, promote New Zealand goodwill, and support New Zealand’s own VSA volunteers out there, spreading friendship and making a positive difference in the world.
Schools and community groups – we particularly invite your involvement! Resources are available to make this one of the most memorable and interactive projects your class or group could be involved with all year.
