New Zealand-born, Samoan-raised in Auckland, Junior Ulu, was VSA’s Pacific Programme Officer from 2003-2011 and is now the Country Programme Manager for Polynesia. VSA’s Field Officer in Timor-Leste, Jason Weise, was on a 12 month volunteering assignment with the East Timor Development Agency in Timor-Leste when he saw the VSA post advertised.
