I’ve had a 13 year association with VSA, starting as a volunteer in Vanuatu in 1999. A second VSA assignment followed in Timor-Leste, before I completed the transition from Volunteer Pre-School Teacher Trainer to VSA Country Programme Manager (Bougainville) in 2005. Read More

New Zealand-born, Samoan-raised in Auckland, Junior Ulu, was VSA’s Pacific Programme Officer from 2003-2011 and is now the Country Programme Manager for Polynesia.
